• We are Versatile! Providing purpose driven treatments with one-on-one care, usually in a one-hour time block on the patient’s schedule at the mobile studio or home, work, and gym.

• The physical therapist is a participating provider with Medicare and is a credentialed, but non participating provider for most insurance plans.

• Physical therapy visits cost is variable from region to region, see locations tab for specific pricing. The cash price for physical therapy sessions is dependent on services and time range from $75 to $145/ session

• Call us, we are happy to assist patients with reviewing their plan to understand their out of network benefits.

• Once the treatment is no longer medically necessary, we discharge you from physical therapy services. You can continue to be treated as a wellness client. See wellness cost for more information.

• We provide a "super bill" with all the information necessary for the patient to file the claim with their insurance company. This will provide all the necessary information that aligns with the payer’s regulations, so the patient can be reimbursed for the services.

• Unless we are billing your insurance, payment is expected when service is rendered. We accept cash, check, venmo, and credit cards. Processing fees may apply.

• We partner with a company, Reimbursify, there a free app you can download that will assist you with filing the claim, with the superbill that we email you. This makes it EASY!

• Depending on the patient’s insurance policy, patients will either receive a check from the insurance company as reimbursement for covered services provided, or the cost of the appointment will be applied to the patient’s deductible.

• We accept health savings plans and ask us how Care Credit can assist you with paying for services.
